Grosse Pointe South's varsity field hockey team advanced to the regional final Wednesday, Oct. 21, with an 8-0 victory over crosstown rival Grosse Pointe North.

Six Blue Devils scored in the regional semifinal, led by Aubrey Lindow and Wells Webber with two goals apiece.

Therese Carron, Mia Rouleau, Evie Baer and Hannah Agnone each added a goal, according to Grosse Pointe South Athletics.

Second shutout against North
